A first appointment will always be a thorough assessment where the underlying problem is diagnosed, assessed and treated. A prognosis of a condition will be explained so that you have an understanding of what stage the problem is at.

How many treatments do I need to have?

There is no set amount of treatments that one person could and should have. However the physiotherapists work in unison with you so that progressions are regularly made and goals are met. Each and every client presents differently and the physiotherapist will use their professional clinical rationale to explain how treatments work for a given condition.
